Clario
UI design, UX design, Interaction design
completed as part of Conran Design Group
A leading international software development company reached out to Conran with a two-fold challenge:
Following a set of workshops and research, two target demographics were identified and the team produced a set of user personas to drive the UX and marketing campaigns.
I was brought on board to review and redesign the full experience to meet the requirements of the personas, developing and refining user journeys, wireframes and designs in multiple iterations using Sketch and Figma to liaise with the Ukraine-based client team.
Across the course of five 2-week sprints, we refined and developed key sections of the product, from onboarding through to the chat functionality and feature deep dive. This included experience design with wireframing and prototyping, visual design, interaction design and briefing an animator to execute the vision for final client delivery.
As the brand was being developed alongside the content, I worked in collaboration with a UX designer (Olivier Bonine) and a brand specialist (Louise Range) to redesign the full product experience and interface, with client-facing presentations conducted on a weekly basis for feedback and signoff.
The final result was unveiled by the client at CES 2020.
"Isabelle developed the UI interface designs for Clario, bringing much needed rigour and consistency, testing and augmenting the UX with clear logic at every stage. As part of a collaborative, multi-team approach, Isabelle also provided an holistic view across sprints, ensuring a cohesive and meaningful user experience."
