self-initiated project for an intensive UX course at General Assembly
Alemate is a mobile app designed to respond to the city’s growing interest in craft ale.
The aim was to enable people to find out what ales are being served where, create lists of their favourite ales on the go, and share them with friends. The project included idea development, competitor review, extensive user research with interviews of a panel and developing personas, creation of user tasks which were then tested across the user base, development of flows, wireframing, prototyping and finally a presentation of the designed product.
