Custom type design, graphic design and layout for Refract Fashion Festival in Camden.
For this project I developed a custom typeface using shapes for the logo and masthead, inspired by seminal graphic designer Herb Lubalin's work. The typeface is composed of a modular set of shapes and set against heavily treated background image in soft tones. This was complemented on the brochure and collateral with pink and blue gradients applied on black and white photography to create an ethereal look and feel.
